Processing & Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Although most items go out immediately it may vary. 

Please be advised that confirmation emails as well as tracking information are sent after each order has been placed.

Damages & Lost Packages

Prior to shipping, orders are carefully inspected to ensure the best quality. Once items are shipped, SIMP DESIGNS is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at simp.design2d@gmail.com If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file.
